How Our Hot Water Control Process Works

    We assess your existing boilers/geysers, pipework, storage, circulation pumps, and control panels, and review current consumption or generator performance.

  2. Control & System Design
    We design a control strategy using temperature sensors, Belimo actuators, Schneider IO12 PLCs, and PM8240 meters, plus the required safety interlocks.

  3. Hardware Installation
    Actuators, sensors, PLC panels, and communication wiring are installed or retrofitted to your existing hot water plant.

  4. PLC Programming & SCADA Integration
    We program temperature control, demand‑based heating, circulation logic, and generator load relief, then integrate it into Schneider EBO / EcoStruxure, Thingsboard, or your SCADA.

  5. Testing, Tuning & Handover
    The system is tested under different load conditions. Setpoints are fine‑tuned to balance comfort, efficiency, and safety before final handover and training.
